The population of robins grows considerably during the fall and winter months in Los Angeles due to incoming migrating birds. It is not uncommon to see flocks of 30-40 robins roaming our foothills. If you have Toyon growing in your garden, you’ll usually end-up with robins as the berries from this plant are one of their favorite foods.
