In 2008, Susan and Dan Gottlieb opened the G2 Gallery on Abbott Kinney Boulevard in Venice, California. Its mission to bring attention to environmental issues through the persuasive power of photographic art, the award-winning G2 Gallery has showcased many of the world’s most celebrated nature and wildlife photographers, and has donated 1.2 million to more than 75 environmental charities.
After a decade at its Venice location, the hard decision was made to close the gallery. The G2 will be remembered for its incredible legacy—as well as the support of the community the gallery brought together and all the talented photographers who exhibited there.
