Now that fall has arrived, our Great Horned Owl couple has begun their courtship and territorial calls. Both the male and female owls like to use this old stump to keep an eye on their territory during breeding season. Play the video below to reveal why they are L.A.’s apex predator on wings!
We recently installed 4 more nesting platforms for them and fingers crossed, we’ll have some owlets in the garden come January.
